1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kwoted, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Kwoted provides a platform connecting vehicle owners with automotive service providers. We act as an intermediary marketplace to facilitate the request and provision of quotes for automotive repair and maintenance services.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through Kwoted any material that is infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense.
4. Service Providers
All quotes provided by service providers on Kwoted are independent of Kwoted itself. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of providers to offer services, or the ability of buyers to pay for services.
5. Modifications to Service
Kwoted reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Kwoted shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kwoted, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
